Looking for a fun night out AND a chance to paint your beloved pet? Paintings & Things by Carla and Cabarrus Brewing Company have teamed up to bring you Pets, Paints & Pints.
How Does It Work? After you register, you can email Carla a photo of your favorite pet and she will sketch an outline and color guide on a 16” x 20” canvas prior to class so it is ready for you to paint! Her paint-by-letter approach guides you through as she teaches you blending and brushstroke techniques as well, so you end up with a beautiful portrait of your furry, scaly, or feathered friend! The class is $55.
All paints and supplies will be provided. Painting begins promptly at 6:30pm, so plan to arrive 10 minutes before start time to grab a drink* and a snack if you’d like. Register early as these often sell out! Carla also does Custom Pet Portaits!
Pets, Paints & Pints at Cabarrus Brewing
The Spice & Tea Exchange in Kannapolis is also offering a Pet Painting event on Sunday, April 23rd at 2pm. Participants will need to provide a picture of their pet by Friday, April 14th. The class is $40 and will include the 12” x 12” canvas, paint, and materials. Call 704-938-8320 to register!
