Since its opening in January 2023, The Lenz Studio has become a prominent venue in Downtown Concord. This 1,800-square-foot space, with its beautifully preserved 130-year-old brick walls and wood floors, offers a versatile setting for a wide range of events and activities. Owner Ashley Howell invites guests to explore this adaptable space crafted for fostering creativity and connections.
FUN FACT: The historic building was originally constructed as a harness and carriage house in the late 1800’s.

The Lenz Studio serves as both a photo studio and an event space, providing a blank canvas for family photo sessions, styled shoots, business gatherings, private celebrations, and more. Its flexible layout allows for various configurations, making it ideal for any occasion. They even held a Hollywood-style prom!
The Lenz Studio benefits from a supportive local community and has collaborated with several other downtown businesses to host workshops and events. Most recently, along with 2 Gals Kitchen & Table 11, The Lenz Studio hosted “Harmony Under the Stars” dinner extravaganza. This special evening consisted of a cocktail hour at the studio and a 3-course meal with music, set outdoors. These types of initiatives bring together a diverse array of vendors and small businesses, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere and supporting local enterprises.

Christmas in July Special
Between now and July 31st, book a cocktail style, holiday gathering for any available November or December date and receive special discounted package pricing. Larger discount for weeknight bookings. The studio will once again be beautifully decorated during the holiday months! It makes the perfect venue for your business or personal holiday parties! Fresh Markets
Launching July 2024, local farmers and vendors will offer a variety of fresh products, including meats, produce, micro-greens, eggs, bread, and sweet treats. The next market will be held on July 27th from 9am to 1pm.
Summer Soirée
On July 28th at 1pm, join them for a delightful summer gathering that includes a lovely lunch and delightful summer cocktails (and mocktails) from 2 Gals Kitchen along with delicious desserts by Wee Tasty Treats.
