Kat Harmon’s Holistic Journey: Embracing Self-Love and Well-being
In a world often filled with chaos and stress, finding inner peace and harmony can seem like an elusive dream. Yet, for Kat Harmon, founder of Love the sh-t out of Yourself (LTSOOY), this journey towards self-love and holistic well-being has become not just a personal mission but a guiding principle she shares with our community.
With a colorful past marked by challenges and self-discovery, Kat’s transformative experiences have led her to create a space where others can embark on their own journey of healing and self-discovery.
- LTSOOY offers a holistic approach to wellness, combining physical, spiritual, mental, and energetic support through practices such as Reiki, crystal work, sound frequencies, yoga, and chakra dance.
With both virtual and in-person options available locally, Kat’s offerings provide individuals with diverse avenues for reconnecting with themselves and fostering inner balance.
They are also the official group for Cabarrus Brewing Company’s weekly CBC Yoga Club. Class fees are $10 and are held every Wednesday evening (6:30–7:30pm) and Sunday afternoon (11am–Noon) at the Brewery.
