You don’t have to head all the way to Sin City to enjoy a classic Vegas experience.
And when we say classic, we mean old-school Vegas—complete with casino games, music, drinks, and hors d’oeuvres.
Head over to Cabarrus Brewing Company’s Kettle Room on February 25 and let loose during A Night at the Speakeasy, benefitting the Cabarrus County Education Foundation.
🎷 This year’s Game of Games fundraising event transports you back in time for what’s sure to be The Most Swinging Soiree of the Season! You’re invited to don your best flapper dress or dapper vest and compete in the annual costume contest. Prizes will be awarded to the Best Dressed Male, Female, and Couple. Or, come as you are and enjoy a fun night of people-watching, drink-slinging, and low-stakes gaming.
🎰 Speaking of games, A Night at the Speakeasy will feature Vegas-style tables, including Blackjack, Poker, Craps, and Roulette.
At the event, you can enjoy a fun night of betting that won’t break the bank since all the money used to participate is fake! This means you can finally go “all in” on your lucky number at the roulette table without the fear of losing everything with one spin of the wheel. After all, Game of Games is about having fun and raising money for the Cabarrus County Education Foundation. Enjoy the games without the stress!
🥂 All attendees must be at least 21 years old. Why? Because drinks will be flowing all night, and every ticket to the event includes a limited drink ticket for a nonalcoholic, beer, or wine beverage of your choice. Guests may also purchase individual cocktail drink tickets or beverage packages that include cocktails if you wish to take advantage of the full liquor bar.
🏫 Still need convincing? If the fun times ahead aren’t enough to influence you to head over to cabarruscountyeducationfoundation.org and purchase your tickets right now, keeping in mind that every ticket purchased benefits the community! In the words of CCEF Executive Director Amy Gough, “our education system needs the support of our community to help our students achieve and succeed,” and what better way to support the community than with a fun night on the town?! “This event has proven over the years that education and business can work together to build our future leaders and workforce,” explains CCEF Board Chair Troy Selberg. So don’t miss out on all the action this year when the Cabarrus County Education Foundation hosts A Night at the Speakeasy at Cabarrus Brewing Company on February 25 from 7 to 10pm.
