Brian Freeman, who is also a co-founder of Cannon Pharmacy, opened Jocko’s Mini Golf in July 2020 amidst the challenging times of the pandemic alongside his partners Jonathan and Stacey Prater. They just celebrated their 3rd Anniversary last weekend!

🐵 Fun Fact: The inspiration behind Jocko the Monkey, the mini-golf’s adorable mascot, comes from a pet spider monkey owned by Brian Freeman’s father-in-law when he was growing up.

Flavor of the Week
If you’re looking for a sweet treat to cool down during your round, Jocko’s has you covered. They offer SnoCones in a variety of flavors and frequently feature a “Flavor of the Week” on their social media channels.
Jocko’s summer hours are available on their website with weekday times and extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Additionally, the venue can be rented out for after-hours events for a minimum of 20 people on Sunday through Thursday nights. Jocko’s operates from March to December, and is closed during the winter season. However, reservations for parties and special events are accepted year-round.

Jocko’s is actively engaged with the local community. The Cabarrus Chamber has hosted their MiniGolf Classic at Jockos for the past several years. They also host school Spirit Nights on site, but you can spot them around town with their SnoCone cart at popular events like Movie Nights in the Park at Village Park and the Sweet Street Halloween event in Kannapolis. Their SnoCone cart is available to rent for various events, such as church gatherings, birthdays, and community festivals.
