Village Park Splash Pad offers an exciting aquatic recreation experience with geysers, sprinklers, a water cannon, and the power volcano for interactive play. Designed for children of all ages and abilities, it features separate play areas to ensure safe and fun water activities for everyone.

Boomer’s Splash Pad at Atrium Health Ballpark is open to the public daily from Memorial Day through September 30th. It’s part of the 20,000-square-foot Kids Zone that also features a custom three-story play structure. It is accessible to the public on non-game days.

Rotary Square Market in Downtown Concord features a multi-stream splash pad, providing a fun way to cool off. During the summer, the farmers market brings together local farmers, artisans, and families, offering fresh produce and a refreshing splash pad experience.
Harrisburg Park Splash Pad

The Harrisburg Park Splash Pad is a 10,000-square-foot seasonal splash pad located near the front of the park by the covered breezeway. Featuring interactive water play amenities and a slide, this splash pad is perfect for young children under adult supervision. Follow the Town of Harrisburg’s social media for updates on weather closures.
Walk-up and pre-registration spots are available for each “wave” time until the maximum capacity of 100 people is reached. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to guarantee entry. Entry tickets are required for all adults and children (12 months and older) inside the fenced splash pad area.
West Avenue Walk-Through Fountain

While it’s not a traditional splash pad, the walk-through fountain in Downtown Kannapolis offers a refreshing way to cool down while exploring the West Ave District. This 30-foot-long feature has 30 clear-stream nozzles that create a 12-foot-tall arc, forming a water tunnel for guests to enjoy. At night, color-changing LED lights illuminate the fountain, making it a dazzling centerpiece of the new downtown district.
A nearby sign reminds visitors to stay out of the water feature pools, to not put feet in the fountain, swim, stand, or lay in the fountain, touch water jets, or throw objects into the fountain.

The John F. McInnis Aquatic Center offers a range of aquatic programs and services. With a focus on promoting water safety and fitness, the center provides opportunities for individuals of all ages to engage in swimming lessons, recreational swimming, and aquatic fitness classes.
Daily and season passes are available for purchase. Season passes cannot be purchased at the pool and must be bought online. Daily passes may be purchased online or at the pool.
